摘  要:商业综合体是城市中规模庞大、功能复杂的一种建筑类型,在城市中具有资源整合与再分配的社会职能。中庭作为商业综合体内部重要组成部分,不仅是商业和功能的组织者,同时还是丰富空间形态的策划者。文章首先分析了乌鲁木齐市的环境特征、能耗特征及建筑现状,再通过广泛地调研乌鲁木齐市的商业综合体,整理得出乌鲁木齐市12个大型商业综合体的区位、中庭分布等基本现状,发现中庭空气不流通影响热舒适的问题。最后选取乌鲁木齐市1个重要的商业综合体为研究对象,结合它的基本建筑布局,设置3组不同大小的天窗,进行CFD模拟,得出其室内气流和温度的变化,进而探讨出适合乌鲁木齐市商业综合体中庭空间的设计策略和优化方法。A commercial complex is a large-scale and complex building type in the city,which has the social function of resource integration and redistribution in the city.As an important part of a commercial complex,the atrium is not only the organizer of business and function,but also the planner of rich spatial form.This paper firstly analyses the environmental characteristics,energy consumption characteristics,and the current situation of buildings in Urumqi,and then through extensive research on commercial complexes in Urumqi,it collates the basic status quo such as the location and atrium distribution of 12 large commercial complexes in Urumqi,and finds that the lack of air circulation in the atriums affects the thermal comfort.Finally,one important commercial complex in Urumqi is selected as the research object,and combined with its basic building layout,three groups of skylights of different sizes are set up,and CFD simulation is carried out to derive the changes of its indoor airflow and temperature.Then the paper explores the design strategies and optimization methods for the atrium space that are suitable for the commercial complexes in Urumqi.
