沿街风貌改造中建筑外墙设计方法研究——以泰州市税务桥西街更新为例

摘　　要：近年来城市更新中兴起沿街风貌改造的建设热潮,在这类工程中,建筑外墙具有重要作用和地位。文章以沿街风貌改造的建筑外墙为研究对象,对沿街建筑外墙改造的设计要点和设计方法进行研究,归纳总结了更换外墙材料、外墙增加装饰构件、外墙拆改三种常见的建筑外墙改造方法。同时对影响建筑外墙设计方法选择的前期分析要素进行研究,将前期分析要素划分成建筑外墙现状、街道目标定位、工程投入三个方面,提出了在不同层次的前期分析要素组合下建筑外墙的具体设计方法,文章旨在为其他城市的外墙品质提升提供有价值的参考。In recent years,there has been an upsurge in the renovation of street style in urban renewal.In this kind of project,the building exterior wall plays an important role and position.This paper takes the building exterior wall in the renovation of the street style as the research object,studies the main design points and design methods for the renovation of building exterior wall,and summarizes three common methods for the renovation of building exterior wall,which are replacing exterior wall materials,adding decorative components to exterior wall and demolishing exterior wall.At the same time,the preliminary analysis factors that affect the selection of building exterior wall design methods are studied,and the preliminary analysis factors are divided into three aspects of building exterior wall status,street target positioning,and project investment,and the specific design methods of building exterior wall under the combination of different levels of preliminary analysis factors are proposed.This paper aims to provide valuable references for improving the quality of external walls in other cities.
