城市更新背景下城市公共资产经营策略探究——以厦门市湖里区为例

摘　　要：城市公共资产作为城市基础设施和公共服务设施的重要载体,是城市更新中的重要组成部分,合理地推动城市公共资产经营,不仅能够提高资产的使用效率,同时能够为城市更新提供长期稳定的资金支持和政策保障。本研究通过分析城市公共资产的特点和存在的问题,识别适合资产化运营的公共资产类型,提出城市公共资产的经营策略,以期为城市更新和城市公共资产管理提供理论和实践指导。Urban public assets,as an important carrier of urban infrastructure and public service facilities,are an important component of urban renewal.Reasonably promoting the operation of urban public assets can not only improve the efficiency of asset utilization,but also provide long-term stable financial support and policy guarantees for urban renewal.By analyzing the characteristics and the existing problems of urban public assets,this paper identifies the types of public assets suitable for asset based on operation,and proposes management strategies for urban public assets,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for urban renewal and urban public asset management.
