城市重点片区建筑风貌设计引导的方法探索——以深圳市龙华区为例

摘　　要：建筑风貌特色塑造受到重视,特别是在城市重点片区更加受到关注,但由于建筑设计具有较强的主观性和创造性,建筑特色塑造与城市设计及城市规划管理相结合成为难题。通过案例对比研究可以发现,建筑风貌管理的主要方法可以总结为构建分区、分级、分类和分要素的管理体系,管理能否成功依赖于引导要求中系统性与针对性矛盾的解决,涉及框架、内容和机制三个方面。基于上述总结,文章以深圳市龙华区重点片区为例提出管理对策与方法。The shaping of architecture features has been increasingly emphasized,especially in key urban areas.However,due to strong subjective and creative characteristics of architecture design,the shaping requirements of architecture features are difficult to be combined with urban design and urban planning management.Through comparison and study of the cases,it is found that the main methods for the management of the architectural features can be summarized as the management system of division,gradation,and classification,and elementation.The success of management relies on the balance between systematic and specific contents in the guidance requirements,which involves three aspects of structure,contents and mechanism.Based on the above summary,this paper takes the key areas of Longhua district in Shenzhen as an example,puts forward the management countermeasures and method suggestions.
