摘　　要：文章以国土空间规划为引领,以提升工业用地综合效益为依托,首先提出近郊型工业园更新规划编制路径,构建工业用地资源利用评价体系,并进一步明确了不同类型工业用地的更新方式。其次以南通市秦灶东部工业园为例进行实证研究,论证了该路径的可行性和效用。以期探索城市近郊型工业园系统更新路径,形成可复制、可推广的经验,为城市近郊型工业园更新规划提供借鉴。Based on territorial spatial planning and comprehensive benefits of industrial land use,this paper proposes an approach for preparing the suburban industrial park renewal plan,establishes an evaluation system for the utilization of industrial land resources,and further clarifies the renewal methods for different types of industrial land.The paper takes Qinzao Eastern Industrial Park in Nantong for empirical study,and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.It aims to explore systematic renewal procedures for suburban industrial parks,to establish a replicable and generalizable experience,and to provide references for the renewal plan of suburban industrial park.
