清江浦区节水型社会建设成效与思考

摘　　要：针对淮安市清江浦区区域特点和水资源现状,从基层节水队伍建设、节水监管、节水服务等方面进行梳理,归纳总结节水型社会建设的主要做法和成效,分析建设过程中节水投融资机制、节水“三同时”、再生水利用等相关问题,结合实际提出相应建议,为类似区域节水型社会建设优化和提升提供参考。Based on the regional characteristics and water resources status of Qingjiangpu District in Huai’an City,this paper summarizes the main practices and achievements of building a water-saving society from the aspects of grassroots water-saving team construction,water-saving supervision,and water-saving services.It analyzes the water-saving investment and financing mechanism,water-saving“three simultaneities”,and the use of recycled water in the construction process,and proposes corresponding suggestions based on actual conditions,providing reference for optimizing and improving the construction of a water-saving society in similar regions.
