摘  要:针对立式水泵机组顶车装置系统只能现地操作、无法远传上位机及远程控制操作等问题,设计提出了一种全新的顶车装置控制系统,包含现地控制模式、屏控模式、上位机远程控制,3种模式集成系统智能化改造方案。以南水北调解台站水泵机组1#机组的顶车装置系统智能化改造为例,分别介绍了顶车装置的智能化改造框架、原理、方法等改造内容,以及改造后的应用效果。结果表明,技术改造后的顶车装置运行情况良好,达到了预期目的,为同类型顶车装置的智能化改造提供重要参考。Aiming at the problems that the overhead traveling crane system of vertical pump units can only be operated on-site and cannot be remotely transmitted to the upper computer or controlled remotely,a new control system for the crane device is designed and proposed.This system includes on-site control mode,screen control mode,and supervisory computer remote control,integrating three modes into an intelligent retrofitting system scheme.This paper takes the intelligent transformation of the crane system for pump unit No.1 at the South-to-North Water Diversion Jietai Station as an example.It introduces the intelligent transformation framework,principles,methods,and other content of the crane device,as well as the application effects after the transformation.The results show that the retrofitted crane device operates well and achieves the expected goals,providing important references for the intelligent retrofitting of similar crane devices.
