全生命周期视域下口述历史档案元数据建设研究——基于OHA《口述历史元数据与描述》的解析

摘　　要：元数据管理和应用可促进口述历史档案的组织、创新和管理工作,对OHA《口述历史元数据与描述》展开解读,能够为我国口述历史档案的元数据工作提供参考借鉴。论文首先提炼《口述历史元数据与描述》中的核心内容,其次基于生命周期理论深入分析口述历史档案元数据的整个生命周期阶段及管理模型中的关键要素,最后总结相关经验。研究发现,该模型对口述历史档案的元数据建设具有一定的理论与实践价值,其包括明确口述历史档案元数据建设原则、提升元数据生命力及确立元数据最佳建设模式。Metadata management and application can promote the organization,innovation,and management of oral history archives.The interpretation of OHA's Oral History Metadata and Description survey report can provide reference for the metadata of oral history archives in China.This paper firstly extracts the core content of the report,and based on this in-depth analysis of the whole life cycle stages of oral history archive metadata and the key elements of the management model,and finally summarizes relevant experience.This study found that the way to promote domestic oral history archives metadata construction,can be included from the following four aspects:clearing oral history archive metadata construction principle,strengthening the construction of the team system,attaching great importance to the metadata the continuation of life,and establishing the metadata best construction mode.
