摘　　要：本文选取2011~2022年我国A股上市公司年度数据为研究样本,考察数字化转型对企业新质生产力水平的影响,并探究两者之间的作用机制和异质性因素。实证发现:数字化转型能够显著提高企业新质生产力水平,机制检验表明数字化转型通过缓解资金约束、强化管理者能力和提高信息透明度,促进企业新质生产力水平上升。异质性分析显示,国有企业、技术密集型企业和处于数字基础设施水平较弱地区的企业,实施数字化转型对新质生产力水平的提升作用更为明显。本文结论为制定推进企业数字化转型和新质生产力建设的相关政策提供了有益参考。The article selects the annual data of China's A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022 as the research sample to examine the impact of digital transformation on the level of new quality productivity of enterprises,and explore the mechanism and heterogeneity factors between the two.The empirical findings show that digital transformation can significantly improve the level of new quality productivity of enterprises.The mechanism test shows that digital transformation can promote the increase of new quali-ty productivity of enterprises by alleviating financial constraints,strengthening managerial capabilities,and improving information transparency.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the implementation of digital transformation has a more significant effect on the improvement of new quality productivity in state-owned enterprises,technology-intensive enterprises,and enterprises in regions with weaker digital infrastructure.The conclusion of the article provides a useful reference for formulating relevant policies to promote the digital transformation of enterprises and the construction of new quality productivity.
