基于双模量理论的柔性基层沥青路面结构响应分析

摘  要:绝大部分路面材料力学参数具有显著的拉压差异性,而现行柔性基层沥青路面设计中仍采用较大的压模量作为设计参数,导致结构力学计算与分析误差较大,路面设计结果不可靠。为此,开展了基于双模量理论和传统线弹性理论的柔性基层沥青路面结构力学响应对比分析,揭示了结构参数对柔性基层沥青路面结构关键力学响应的影响规律。结果表明:基于双模量理论的力学响应计算结果与传统线弹性理论之间的偏差高达15%;结构层厚度对结构力学响应的影响较大,其中基层厚度的影响更显著;各结构力学响应均随上中面层厚度增大而减小,随下面层厚度增大而增大,均呈二次函数关系,最大变化幅度约为20%;路表弯沉、基层底纵向拉应力与拉应变均随基层厚度的增加而减小,路表横向拉应变随基层厚度的增加而增大,其中路表横向拉应变受其影响最为显著,变化幅度超过40%。研究成果可为基于双模量理论的柔性基层沥青路面结构设计提供参考。Most of the mechanical parameters of pavement materials have significant differences in tension and compression,but the current flexible base asphalt pavement design still uses a large pressure modulus as the design parameter,resulting in a large error in structural mechanics calculation and analysis,and the pavement design results are not reliable.Therefore,acom parative analysis of the mechanical response of flexible base asphalt pavement structure based on bi-modulus theory and traditional linear elasticity theory was carried out to reveal the influence of structural parameters on the key mechanical response of flexible base asphalt pavement structure.The results show that the deviation between the calculated results of mechanical response based on the bi-modulus theory and the traditional linear elastic theory is as high as 15%.The thickness of the structure layer has a great influence on the mechanical response of the structure,especially the thickness of the base layer.The mechanical response of each structure decreases with the increase of the thickness of the upper middle surface layer and increases with the increase of the thickness of the lower layer,which is a quadratic function relationship,and the maximum variation range is about 20%.The road surface deflection,the longitudinal tensile stress,and the tensile strain of the base layer decrease with the increase of base layer thickness,and the transverse tensile strain of the road surface increases with the increase of base layer thickness,in which the transverse tensile strain of road surface is most significantly affected by the change of more than 40%.The research results can provide a reference for the structural design of flexible base asphalt pavement based on the bi-modulus theory.
