摘 要:研究了蛭石与不同无机纳米粒子复配改性对沥青老化的延缓作用,采用了薄膜烘箱老化、压力老化箱老化和紫外光加速老化试验模拟沥青的短期、长期和热氧、紫外光老化作用,测试了复配改性沥青老化前后的物理流变性能。结果表明:蛭石与3种无机纳米粒子复配改性能够同时有效延缓短期、长期和热氧、紫外光对沥青的老化作用;综合对比蛭石与3种无机纳米粒子复配改性沥青不同老化后的性能,蛭石与纳米氧化锌对沥青老化的延缓效果最佳。Retarding effect of vermiculite and different inorganic nanoparticles compound on aging of asphalt was investigated.Thin film oven,pressure aging vessel and ultraviolet accelerated aging tests were employed to simulate short-term,long-term and thermal-oxidative,ultraviolet aging actions of asphalt.Physical and rheological properties of modified asphalts before and after aging were tested.Results indicate that vermiculite and different inorganic nanoparticles compound can effectively retard the aging action of short-term,long-term and thermal-oxidative,ultraviolet aging on asphalt simultaneously.Based on the comprehensive comparison of physical and rheological properties of different modified asphalts after different aging methods,it is determined that the retarding effect of vermiculite and nano-zinc oxide on aging of asphalt is the best.
