摘 要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病,涉及炎症反应、免疫功能紊乱、氧化应激等病理过程。COPD的临床病症归属于中医学“肺胀(lung distension)”范畴,根据“肺气虚”病机特点创制的利金方在多项临床研究中显示出良好疗效,也有多项动物实验从分子细胞学层面对利金方治疗COPD的作用机制进行了较深入的研究。本文就其作用机制进行归纳总结,为进一步实验研究及临床应用提供参考。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory system disease that involves pathological processes such as inflammatory response,immune dysfunction,and oxidative stress.The clinical symptoms of COPD are categorized as"lung distension"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on the TCM pathogenesis characteristicsof"lung Qi deficiency",the formula Li Jin Fang has shown good therapeutic effects in multiple clinical studies.There have also been multiple animal experiments that have conducted in-depth research on the mechanism by which Li Jin Fang treats COPD at the molecular and cellular levels.This article summarizes the mechanism of its action,providing a reference for further experimental research and clinical application.
