摘 要:目的:观察支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和核因子-κB(NF-κB)水平变化情况,并分析其与疾病病情程度的关系。方法:选择MPP患儿104例为研究组,另选取同年龄段体检健康儿童104例为对照组。通过检测患儿血清IL-17、NF-κB水平,分析其水平变化与病情程度(轻症组与重症组)的关系。结果:研究组血清IL-17、NF-κB表达水平明显较对照组高(均P<0.05)。重症组血清IL-17、NF-κB表达水平明显高于轻症组(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型分析显示,血清IL-17、NF-κB是患儿病情发展至重症的影响因素(均P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,血清IL-17、NF-κB表达水平对轻症MPP发展为重症MPP的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.823、0.809,IL-17联合NF-κB对轻症MPP发展为重症MPP的AUC为0.904(均P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-17、NF-κB水平在MPP患儿机体中明显升高,且升高水平与患儿病情程度明显相关,对患儿轻症发展至重症有一定的预测价值。Objective:To observe the changes of serum interleukin-17(IL-17)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)levels in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),and to analyze the association with disease severity.Methods:A total of 104 children with MPP were enrolled as the study group,and 104 age-matched healthy children who underwent physical examination were enrolled as the control group.The serum levels of IL-17 and NF-κB were detected,and the relationship between the changes in IL-17 and NF-κB levels and the severity of the disease(mild group and severe group)was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression levels of serum IL-17 and NF-κB in the study group were significantly higher(all P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-17 and NF-κB of children in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression model analysis showed that serum IL-17 and NF-κB could affect the development of children’s condition to severe illness(all P<0.05).ROC curve revealed that the AUCs of serum IL-17 and NF-κB expression levels for the development of mild MPP to severe MPP were 0.823 and 0.809,and the AUC of IL-17 combined with NF-κB for the development of mild MPP to severe MPP was 0.904(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum IL-17 and NF-κB are significantly increased in children with MPP,and the elevated levels are significantly correlated with severity of disease and have certain predictive value on the development of mild children to severe illness.
