摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)易合并多种并发症,导致疼痛、截肢、泌尿道反复感染等多种不良后果,患者需长期药物治疗,给家庭带来沉重的经济负担,极易出现抑郁、焦虑等心理疾患,但其机制尚未明确。肠道菌群被誉为人体“第二类大脑”,对机体的消化、代谢及免疫功能等至关重要。肠道菌群通过“肠-脑轴(GBA)”传递交换信息,这为T2DM伴抑郁、焦虑的治疗提供了新靶点。现从肠道菌群失调对T2DM患者的影响,肠道菌群失调与T2DM伴抑郁、焦虑的关系,以及以肠道菌群为靶点干预T2DM伴抑郁、焦虑的策略进行综述,以期为防治T2DM伴抑郁焦、虑提供新视角。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is prone to a variety of complications,leading to pain,amputation,recurrent urinary tract infection and other adverse consequences.Patients need long-term drug treatment,which brings heavy economic burden to their families,and they are prone to depression,anxiety and other psychological disorders,but its mechanism is not clear.Intestinal flora is known as the“second kind of brain”of the human body,which is essential for the body’s digestion,metabolism and immune function.Intestinal flora transmits information through the gut-brain axis(GBA),which provides a new target for the treatment of T2DM with depression and anxiety.This article reviews the effects of intestinal flora imbalance on T2DM patients,the relationship between intestinal flora imbalance and T2DM with depression and anxiety,and the strategies for intervention of T2DM with depression and anxiety by targeting intestinal flora,in order to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of T2DM with depression.
