摘　　要：中医理论认为“心与小肠相表里”,心与小肠,经络相连,生理相关,病理互损,近年研究证明肠道菌群可通过肠道和心血管系统的双向交流以影响心血管疾病的发展,而相关研究提出的“微生物-肠-心轴”亦为心与小肠相表里理论的阐释提供了新视角。综述从心与小肠在结构、生理、病理的联系为基础,通过现代医学的相关研究成果进一步揭示了中医“心与小肠相表里”的理论内涵,并探讨通过饮食、药物、针灸、微生物等干预方式的有效性来揭示其理论思想的临床价值和生物学内涵,丰富“心合小肠”的现代理论内涵,以期为中医药防治心血管疾病探索新的方向。The theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that“heart and small intestine sharing a paired relationship”,heart and small intestine,meridians and collaterals are connected,physiologically related and pathologically damaged.In recent years,it has been proved that intestinal flora can affect the development of cardiovascular diseases through the two-way communication between intestine and cardiovascular system,and the“microbiota-gut-heart axis”proposed by related studies also provides a new perspective for the interpretation of the theory of heart and small intestine phase.Based on the relationship between heart and small intestine in structure,physiology and pathology,this review further reveals the theoretical connotation of“heart and small intestine sharing a paired relationship”in traditional Chinese medicine through the related research results of modern medicine,and probes into the clinical value and biological connotation of its theoretical thought and biological connotation through the effectiveness of diet,medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,microorganism and so on,so as to enrich the modern theoretical connotation of“heart combined with small intestine”.In order to explore a new direction for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
