摘　　要：结直肠癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,因其发病率、病死率高已成为全世界危害人类健康的重大公共卫生问题。结直肠癌发病隐匿,预后较差,目前多采用手术、放化疗等治疗手段,但仍然面临不良反应大、并发症多及生活质量差等局限性。因此,寻找新的治疗策略具有重要的临床意义。Notch信号通路是一种进化上保守的细胞间信号级联,调控细胞发育、增殖和凋亡以及基因组的稳定性,Notch的异常表达或基因突变会引起各种恶性肿瘤(包括结肠腺癌)的发生和发展。针对Notch信号通路的在研药物虽多,但仍未有明确有效的上市药物,因此需要对Notch途径进行更深入的研究。我国多采用中西医联合治疗结直肠癌,近年来,越来越多的学者开始在中医药防治结直肠癌领域中以Notch信号通路为切入点,进行针对各种中药单体或中药提取物、中药复方调控Notch信号通路的实验性研究,并观察到中医药能够通过抑制Notch信号通路,从抑制肠道炎症、抑制肠癌的迁移和转移、增强肠癌细胞化疗敏感性等方面发挥作用。该文搜集并梳理了2011—2023年有关中医药调控Notch信号通路发挥防治结直肠癌作用的文献,综述了Notch信号通路在结直肠癌中的作用机制,分析并总结目前研究现状,以期为中医药防治结直肠癌的应用提供参考意见。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract,which has become a major public health problem worldwide due to its high morbidity and mortality.The onset of colorectal cancer is insidiously and the prognosis is poor.At present,surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are mostly used for the treatment of colorectal cancer,but they still face the limitations of severe adverse reactions,many complications and poor quality of life.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to find new treatment strategies.Notch signaling pathway is an evolutionarily conserved intercellular signaling cascade,which regulates cell development,proliferation and apoptosis as well as genome stability.Abnormal expression or gene mutation of Notch can cause the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors,including colon adenocarcinoma.Although there are many drugs in development for the Notch signaling pathway,there is still no clear and effective drug on the market,so the Notch pathway needs to be further studied.In recent years,more and more scholars have begun to take the Notch signaling pathway as the entry point in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer,and have conducted experimental studies on the Notch signaling pathway regulated by various TCM monomers,extracts and compounds.It has been observed that TCM can inhibit Notch signaling pathway.It plays a role in inhibiting intestinal inflammation,inhibiting the migration and metastasis of intestinal cancer,and enhancing the chemosensitivity of intestinal cancer cells.This article collected and sorted out the literature on the Notch signaling pathway regulated by traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer from 2011 to 2023,reviewed the mechanism of Notch signaling pathway in colorectal cancer,analyzed and summarized the current research status,in order to provide reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
