半夏泻心汤枢转中焦治疗血管性痴呆研究进展

摘　　要：半夏泻心汤为辛开苦降代表方,具有调整人体脏腑气机、平衡阴阳之功效。临床实践表明半夏泻心汤通过辛开苦降调整一身之气机,枢转中焦化生气血奉养心神、祛痰降浊上清脑窍,能够提高血管性痴呆患者认知功能。实验研究亦证明,半夏泻心汤能通过降低白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)等神经炎症因子,保护神经元,调节多巴胺(DA)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)等神经递质,改善肠道菌群,改善突触超微结构,调节海马PI3K/Akt、NF-κB、mTOR通路,促进脑神经功能重建,改善认知功能,从而减少血管性痴呆对患者的危害,为临床治疗此类病证提供理论支持。Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)is the representative formula of acrid opening and bitter downbearing,which has the effect of adjusting the Qi mechanism of viscera and balancing Yin and Yang.Clinical practice shows that Banxia Xiexin Decoction can improve the cognitive function of vascular dementia patients by regulating the Qi mechanism of one body,turning the middle-Jiao to purify Qi and blood,and expelling phlegm to reduce turbidizing and clearing the brain.Experimental studies have also proved that Banxia Xiexin Decoction can protect neurons by reducing neuroinflammatory factors such as IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1β,regulate neurotransmitters such as DA and BDNF,improve intestinal flora,improve synaptic ultrastructure,regulate PI3K/Akt and NF-κB pathways in hippocampus,promote cerebral nerve function reconstruction and improve cognitive function.It can reduce the harm of vascular dementia to patients and provide theoretical support for clinical treatment of such diseases.
