中药川芎治疗缺血性脑卒中药理机制研究进展

摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中(cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)是一种常见的脑血管局灶性堵塞疾病,对人们日常生活造成极大影响。川芎作为治疗CIS的常用中药,具有活血行气、祛风止痛之功效。该药药理作用十分广泛,查阅相关文献,发现川芎可通过多靶点、多途径治疗缺血性脑卒中,能有效延缓病情进展。川芎中含有多种有效成分,主要包括川芎嗪、川芎哚、藁本内酯、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯等,可发挥抗氧化应激、调节神经炎症、调控细胞自噬、调节钙离子稳态、抑制血小板聚集及抗凝、保护血管内皮因子的作用。该文总结了川芎中有效成分治疗CIS的药理机制,以期为后续临床研究和药物研发提供思路与参考。Cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)is a common focal blockage disease of cerebrovascular disease,which has a great impact on people's daily life.As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of CIS,Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)has the effect of invigorating blood and Qi,dispelling wind and relieving pain.The pharmacological effects of the drug are very extensive,and reviewing the relevant literature,it has been found that Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)can effectively delay the progression of the disease through multi-target and multi-pathway treatment of ischemic stroke.Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)contains a variety of active ingredients,mainly including chuanxiongzine,chuanxiongdole,libenolide,ferulic acid,senkyundidel,etc.,which can play the role of oxidative stress,regulation of neuroinflammation,regulation of autophagy,regulation of calcium ion homeostasis,inhibition of platelet aggregation and anticoagulation,and protection of vascular endothelial factors.This article summarizes the pharmacological mechanism of active ingredients in Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)in the treatment of CIS,in order to provide ideas and references for subsequent clinical research and drug development.
