摘  要:高脂血症(hyperlipidemia,HLP)是一种慢性代谢性疾病,由遗传因素、相关环境因素以及其他疾病等引起。随着现代医学的发展,人们逐渐将药食同源中药植物黄酮用于高脂血症的防治。天然来源的黄酮类化合物种类多样、结构复杂、生物活性丰富,可防治包括高脂血症在内的多种慢性疾病。然而,其防治高脂血症的具体机制尚不明确,应用药食同源植物黄酮治疗高脂血症周期长、见效慢,在一定程度上影响了对其疗效及安全性的判断。近年来,肠道微生物组、代谢组及转录组学等多组学研究技术和分析方法的不断发展和完善,为药食同源植物黄酮防治高脂血症提供了新的认知思路,基于多组学技术对药食同源植物黄酮降脂机制进行系统归纳和分析,有助于揭示植物黄酮与高脂血症病理过程中关键分子和信号通路的相互作用,为开发治疗高脂血症及其并发症的功能性食品提供指导意义。这不仅有助于推动中医药与现代医学在系统科学与生命组学领域的融合与创新,也为高脂血症防治提供了新的思路和方法。基于此,该文尽可能全面地阐述药食同源植物黄酮在高脂血症防治中的多组学联合作用机制,为高脂血症的防治提供重要理论依据。Hyperlipidemia(HLP)is a chronic metabolic disease caused by genetic factors,related environmental factors,and other diseases.With the development of modern medicine,people gradually use the traditional Chinese medicine plant flavonoids for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.Natural source flavonoids are diverse,have complex structure,and are rich in biological activities,which can prevent and treat a variety of chronic diseases including hyperlipidemia.However,the specific mechanism for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia is not clear,and the treatment of hyperlipidemia is long in time and slow in effect,which affects the judgment of its efficacy and safety to a certain extent.In recent years,the gut bacteria,metabolome and transcriptomics detection technology and analysis methods develop and perfect,for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia provides a new cognitive ideas,through edible homologous plant flavonoids based on multi-omics technology system induction and analysis,help to reveal the interaction with the key molecules and signaling pathways,to provide guiding significance for developing functional foods for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and its complications.This not only helps to promote the integration and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine in system science and life omics,but also provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.Based on this,this paper expounds the multi-omics mechanism of flavonoids in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia as comprehensively as possible,so as to provide an important theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
