摘 要:目的评价以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)与标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)联合教学法在心胸外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法将2021年6月-2023年6月80名在南京医科大学第一附属医院心胸外科参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师随机分成2组,试验组采用PBL教学法联合SP,对照组采用传统教学法,通过理论、技能考试及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果试验组出科技能考试为(80.23±0.92)分,总成绩为(80.48±0.54)分均高于对照组[出科技能考试(75.33±0.54)分及总成绩(78.23±0.43)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。对2组住培医师进行个人综合能力提高自我评定问卷调查,在提高自主学习能力、提高医患沟通能力、提高临床思维及提高自我学习兴趣选项中,试验组选择是的人数分别为34(85.00%)、31(77.50%)、31(77.50%)、34(85.00%),对照组选择是的人数分别为26(65.00%)、16(40.00%)、18(45.00%)、19(47.50%),试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法联合SP在心胸外科住院医师规范化培训教学中更有利于提高教学效果并赢得了学生的认可。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of combining problem-based learning(PBL)and standardized patients(SP)teaching methods in standardized training and teaching of cardiothoracic surgery residents.Methods A total of 80 residents who participated in the standardized resident training in the department of cardiothoracic surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was given the PBL teaching method combined with SP,and the control group was given the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated through theoretical and skill tests and questionnaire survey.Results The test score was(80.23±0.92)points,and total score was(80.48±0.54)points in experimental group,which were higher than those of control group[test score(75.33±0.54)points,total score(78.23±0.43)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The trainees of two groups were investigated by self-assessment questionnaire on improvement of individual comprehensive ability.In the options of improving self-learning ability,improving doctor-patient communication ability,improving clinical thinking and improving self-learning interest,the number of people in the experimental group who choose“yes”was 34(85.00%),31(77.50%),31(77.50%),34(85.00%),and the number of people in the control group who choose“yes”was 26(65.00%),16(40.00%),18(45.00%),19(47.50%),respectively.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with SP in the standardized training of cardiothoracic surgery residents is more conducive to improving the teaching effect and winning the recognition of students.
