摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄段慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者免疫耐受期肝脏病理学特点,了解其对疾病进展和治疗的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月大连市第六人民医院收治的70例免疫耐受期HBV感染患者作为研究对象,根据患者年龄分为甲组(<20岁,n=23),乙组(20~<30岁,n=24)与丙组(≥30岁,n=23)。3组均进行实验室检查和肝脏病理学检查。比较3组乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、HBV-DNA水平及肝组织炎症活动度与纤维化程度。结果3组HBsAg、HBeAg、ALT、HBV-DNA水平比较差异无统计学意义。3组肝组织炎症活动度、肝组织纤维化程度比较差异无统计学意义。结论不同年龄段慢性HBV感染患者免疫耐受期的肝脏病理学特点差异不显著,虽可能存在一些细微差异,但不足以对疾病的进展和治疗产生显著影响。Objective To investigate the liver pathology characteristics of patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in different age groups during the immune tolerant period.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic HBV infection in the immune tolerant period treated in the Dalian Sixth People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the group A(age<20 years,n=23),the group B(20≤age<30 years,n=24)and the group C(age≥30 years,n=23)according to the age of the patients.Laboratory examination and liver pathology examinations were performed in all three groups,the levels of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),alanine transaminase(ALT),and HBV-DNA were compared among the three groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of HBsAg,ALT and HBV-DNA among the three groups.There was no significant difference in the degree of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis among the three groups.Conclusion There is no significant difference in liver pathological characteristics of patients with chronic HBV infection in different age groups in immune tolerance period.Although there may be some subtle differences,they are not enough to have a significant impact on the progression and treatment of the disease.
