曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗外耳道真菌病患者的疗效及其复发情况

摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗外耳道真菌病患者的疗效及其复发情况。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月于南昌市第一医院接受治疗的80例外耳道真菌病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究者与对照组,每组40例。两组均采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏进行治疗,研究组加用莫匹罗星软膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、日常生活能力评分、复发情况、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛症状评分均低于治疗前,日常生活能力评分均高于治疗前,且研究组的疼痛症状评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,研究组总复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗外耳道真菌病患者疗效显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛,降低患者反复发作率,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and recurrence of triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream combined with mupirocin ointment in the treatment of patients with external auditory canal fungal disease.Methods 80 patients with external auditory canal fungal disease who were treated in the First Hospital of Nanchang from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream,and the study group was treated with mupirocin ointment,the clinical efficacy,pain degree,daily living ability score,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the daily living ability scores were higher than those before treatment,the pain symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the daily living ability score was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream combined with mupirocin ointment is effective in the treatment of patients with external auditory canal fungal disease,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and has high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
