摘  要:高考综合改革实施十年来,高校优化招生宣传方案,改革招生录取机制,探索专业建设路径,调整人才培养方案,但工具理性、单一任务、适应手段、竞争策略掣肘了促进学生全面而有个性发展、服务高等教育高质量发展等目标的达成。从国家与省份、高校、二级学院、重点专业类等层面提出调适方案,可为完善高考制度、优化高校应对方案提供参考。In the past ten years since the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination was implemented,colleges and universities have optimized the enrollment pub-licity plan,reformed the enrollment and admission mechanism,explored the path of profes-sional construction,and adjusted the talent training plan.However,instrumental rationali-ty,single task,adaptive means,and competitive strategies have hindered the achievement of the goals of promoting the comprehensive and personalized development of students and ser-ving the high-quality development of higher education.Therefore,this paper puts forward a systematic adjustment program from the national and provincial levels,colleges and universi-ties,secondary colleges,key majors and other levels to provide references for improving the college entrance examination system as well as optimizing the university implementation plans.
