摘　　要：在我国经济发展中,公路工程项目是关键,同时也为人们的出行提供保障。每一条公路工程从规划到开通,想要保证质量,就应做好管理,这直接关乎到公路使用和经济发展。所以,在公路工程施工项目中,落实精细化管理,对于提高企业管理水平有着重要作用。本文分析公路工程施工项目精细化管理内容,明确精细化管理在公路工施工中的重要性,分析其中存在的问题,提出相应解决对策,为相关研究人员提供参考。In China s economic development,highway engineering projects are the key,but also provide protection for people s travel.Each highway project planning to open,want to ensure the quality,should do a good job in management,which is directly related to the use of highways and economic development.Therefore,in the highway engineering construction project,the implementation of fine management plays an important role in improving the management level of enterprises.This paper first analyzes the content of fine management of highway engineering construction projects,clarifies the importance of fine management in highway engineering construction,analyzes the existing problems,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for relevant researchers.
