水平旋喷桩超前预加固措施在特殊不良地质隧道中的应用

摘　　要：随着隧道工程建设不断增加,在隧道施工过程中遇到各种特殊、复杂地质条件的可能性也越来越多,当隧道建设通过极软弱围岩且浅埋偏压段、洞身断层破碎带、软弱破碎围岩段,以及软弱富水、流砂等各种特殊不良地质隧道在以上特殊不良地质围岩段施工时,极易发生支护结构失稳、大变形,甚至塌方、突水、涌泥、涌砂等严重灾害,威胁到了隧道施工安全,同时也导致建设成本大大增加。针对此种复杂地质围岩隧道的主要处置措施为超前小导管注浆以及超前大管棚注浆预加固措施,总体上取得了较好的加固效果,但在部分围岩松散,且极软弱富水、流砂地质围岩段隧道中,采用超前小导管注浆和超前大管棚注浆预加固措施效果不太明显。基于此,在软弱富水特殊不良地质围岩段隧道施工中,采用一种水平旋喷桩超前预加固措施,取得了很好的加固成效。With the continuous increase of tunnel construction,more and more special and complex geological conditions are encountered in the process of tunnel construction.In particular,the tunnel entrance is extremely weak surrounding rock and shallow buried bias section,tunnel body fault fracture zone,weak broken surrounding rock section,as well as weak rich water,quicksand and other special bad geology.When the tunnel is constructed in the above special bad geological surrounding rock section,it is easy to cause the instability and large deformation of the supporting structure,and even serious disasters such as collapse,water inrush,mud gushing and sand gushing,which seriously threatens the safety of tunnel construction and also causes the construction cost to increase greatly.At present,the main disposal measures for this kind of complex geological surrounding rock tunnel are advanced small pipe grouting reinforcement and advanced large pipe shed advanced pre-reinforcement measures,which have achieved good reinforcement effect on the whole.However,in some tunnels with loose surrounding rock,extremely weak water-rich and quicksand geological surrounding rock,the effect of advanced pre-reinforcement measures with grouting small ducts and large pipe sheds is not obvious.Based on this,a pre-reinforcement measure of horizontal jet grouting pile is adopted in the tunnel of weak water-rich special bad geological surrounding rock,and good reinforcement effect is obtained.
