加减疏肝补肾方配合穴位艾灸治疗更年期综合征肾阳虚型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减疏肝补肾方配合穴位艾灸治疗更年期综合征肾阳虚型的效果。方法:120例按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例,两组均进行穴位艾灸治疗,研究组联用加减疏肝补肾方。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、Kupperma评分和更年期生活质量评分(MRS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加减疏肝补肾方配合穴位艾灸治疗更年期综合征肾阳虚型效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Liver-soothing and Kidney-tonifying Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 120 cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupoint moxibustion,and the study group were combined with modified Liver-soothing and Kidney-tonifying Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),Kupperma score and Menopause Rating Scale(MRS)score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Liver-soothing and Kidney-tonifying Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with kidney-yang deficiency.
