桂枝汤加减结合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐脾胃虚弱型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝汤加减结合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐脾胃虚弱型的效果。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例,两组均用穴位贴敷,观察组加用桂枝汤加减。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),止吐、尿酮体转阴、电解质恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05),恶心呕吐、食入即吐、脘腹胀闷,头晕体倦、怠惰思睡评分低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠恶心呕吐生活质量量表(NVPQOL)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤加减结合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐脾胃虚弱型效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Guizhi Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum of spleen and stomach asthenia type.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupoint application,and the observation group were treated with modified Guizhi Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of antiemetic,urine ketone body turning negative and electrolyte returning to normal of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nausea and vomiting,vomiting immediately after eating,abdominal distension,dizziness,body tiredness and laziness were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Nausea and Vomiting of Pregnancy Quality of Life(NVP QOL)Questionnaire score of pregnancy nausea and vomiting was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guizhi Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with spleen and stomach asthenia type.
