半夏泻心汤治疗伊立替康化疗后迟发性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗伊立替康化疗后迟发性腹泻的疗效。方法:66例随机分为两组。治疗组给予半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫指标、中医证候、生活质量改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤能改善化疗后迟发性腹泻症状,提高患者生活质量和免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of delayed diarrhea after irinotecan chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction while the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of immune index,TCM syndrome and quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction could improve the symptoms of delayed diarrhea after chemotherapy,improve the quality of life and immune function of patients.
