枳术丸合越鞠丸加减治疗功能性消化不良肝郁气滞型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察枳术丸合越鞠丸加减治疗功能性消化不良肝郁气滞型的疗效。方法:86例随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合多潘立酮片治疗,观察组用枳术丸合越鞠丸加减治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候积分、6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枳术丸合越鞠丸加减治疗功能性消化不良肝郁气滞型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Zhizhu Pills combined with Yueju Pills in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver depression and qi stagnation type.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with domperidone tablets while the observation group were treated with modified Zhizhu Pills combined with Yueju Pills.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and 6-month recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhizhu Pills combined with Yueju Pills is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver depression and qi stagnation.
