经方穴位贴敷联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经方穴位贴敷联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,两组均用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,研究组加用经方穴位贴敷治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组临床症状(TCSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经方穴位贴敷联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupoint application combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,and the study group was treated with acupoint application.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom(TCSS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of classical prescriptions combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
