加味活络效灵丹穴位敷贴配合前瞻性护理干预治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味活络效灵丹穴位敷贴配合前瞻性护理干预治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘的疗效。方法:150例采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理基础上联合加味活络效灵丹穴位敷贴治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组而疼痛介质(SP、PGE2)和炎症因子(IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8)较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:加味活络效灵丹穴位敷贴配合前瞻性护理干预治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Huoluo Xiaoling Pills with acupoint application combined with prospective nursing intervention in the treatment of constipation after thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A total of 150 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing,while the treatment group were treated with modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pills with acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The pain mediators(SP,PGE2)and inflammatory factors(IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-8)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pills with acupoint application combined with prospective nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of constipation after thoracolumbar fracture.
