老十针针法联合敷脐疗法治疗餐后不适综合征脾胃虚弱型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察老十针针法联合敷脐疗法治疗餐后不适综合征脾胃虚弱型的疗效。方法:80例随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙比利片,治疗组给予老十针针法联合敷脐疗法治疗。结果:治疗2周后两组餐后饱胀不适感、早饱感评分,中医证候总积分及SAS评分均下降(P<0.05),试验组各项指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。钡条胃排空总有效率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后复发率试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老十针针法联合敷脐法治疗餐后不适综合征脾胃虚弱型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the old ten-needle acupuncture combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mosapride citrate tablets,and the treatment group were treated with old ten-needle acupuncture combined with umbilical application therapy.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the postprandial fullness discomfort,early satiety score,TCM syndrome total score and SAS score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement of each index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of barium gastric emptying in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The old ten-needle acupuncture combined with umbilical application therapy is effective in the treatment of postprandial distress syndrome with spleen-stomach asthenia type.
