摘　　要：在强国建设、民族复兴的战略背景下,推动人口高质量发展是实现中国式现代化的内在要求。中国式现代化是人口规模巨大的现代化,人口规模巨大可以为经济社会高质量发展提供要素支撑,为构建新发展格局,推动全体人民共同富裕作出贡献。但是,我国人口也存在着低生育率、人口老龄化等结构性问题。研究如何推进人口高质量发展,如何推动人口高质量发展与经济高质量发展相协调,如何健全人口高质量发展的社会政策体系,研究人口高质量发展推进中国式现代化的机制和路径,对推进中国式现代化、培育新质生产力具有重要的理论和现实意义。Under the strategic background of building a strong country and rejuvenating the nation,promoting high-quality population development is an inherent requirement for realizing the Chinese path to modernization.Chinese path to modernization is a modernization with a huge large population.The huge population size can provide essential support for high-quality economic and social development,contribute to the construction of a new development pattern,and promote common prosperity for all people.However,China’s population also has structural problems such as low fertility rate and population aging.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting Chinese path to modernization and cultivating new quality productive forces to research on how to promote high-quality population development,how to promote the coordinated development of high-quality population and high-quality economy,how to improve the social policy system of high-quality population development,and research on the mechanism and path of promoting Chinese path to modernization with high-quality population development.
