艾灸联合新斯的明治疗环状混合痔术后尿潴留疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用艾灸联合新斯的明治环状混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效与价值。方法选取2021年1月~2022年1月在我院接受治疗的环状混合痔手术患者60例作为本次的研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为各30例的观察组和对照组,观察组采用艾炙联合新斯的明治疗术后尿潴留;对照组用新斯的明肌注治疗术后尿潴留,对比两组术后尿潴留治疗效果。结果观察组尿潴留的总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,有明显差异,统计学意义;排尿显效及有效时间方面,观察组分别为(21.23±5.87 min)、(31.21±6.06 min),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;首次排尿时间及残余尿量比较,观察组分别为(2.39±0.67 h)、(16.38±3.72 mL),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论艾炙联合新斯的明治疗环状混合痔术后尿潴留可有效缩短患者术后排尿时间,减少残余尿量,有利于患者术后尽早康复,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy and value of moxibustion combined with neostigmine in treating urinary retention after circular mixed hemorrhoids surgery.METHODS From January 2021 to January 2022,60 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group of 30 cases respectively.The observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with neostigmine for postoperative urinary retention;The control group was treated with neostigmine intramuscular injection for postoperative urinary retention.RESULTS The total effective rate of urinary retention in the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.3%);In terms of effective urination and effective time,the observation group was(21.23±5.87)minutes and(31.21±6.06)minutes respectively,both lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;The first urination time and residual urine volume in the observation group were(2.39±0.67)h and(16.38±3.72)mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSION Moxibustion combined with neostigmine can effectively shorten the postoperative urination time and residual urine volume of patients with postoperative urinary retention after circular mixed hemorrhoid surgery,which is beneficial to the early recovery of patients after surgery and is worth promoting.
