前置审方系统对门急诊处方合理率的提升效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析常规处方审核模式下出现不合理处方的概率及分类,并探讨前置审方系统对处方合理率的提升效果。方法随机选取2020年1月至2020年6月我院常规处方审核模式下门急诊处方2000张为对照组,分析出现不合理处方的概率,探讨其发生原因;另随机选取我院2022年1月至2022年6月在前置审方模式下门急诊处方2000张为试验组,分析不合理处方的发生概率,探讨前置审方系统对处方合理率的提升效果。结果常规处方审核模式下,不合理处方的发生概率为9.40%,主要不合理类型为不规范处方和用药不适宜处方。前置审方模式下,不合理处方的发生概率为4.45%,与对照组相比,出现不合理处方的概率明显降低(P<0.05),患者满意度显著升高(P<0.05),临床合理用药显著升高(P<0.05)。结论前置审方系统可以有效地降低门急诊不合理处方概率,提高患者满意度,提升临床合理用药水平,值得临床上推广。OBJECTIVE To analyze the probability and classification of unreasonable prescriptions under the conventional prescription review mode,and explore the effect of the pre-examination prescription system on the reasonable rate of prescriptions.METHODS 2000 outpatient prescriptions under the routine prescription review mode of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the control group to analyze the probability of unreasonable prescriptions and explore the reasons for their occurrence.In addition,2000 outpatient and emergency prescriptions in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the experimental group to analyze the probability of unreasonable prescriptions and explore the effect of the pretrial prescription system on improving the reasonable rate of prescriptions.RESULTS Under the conventional prescription review mode,the probability of unreasonable prescriptions was 9.40%.The main types of unreasonable prescriptions were irregular prescriptions and inappropriate prescriptions for drug use.Under the pretrial pre-examination mode,the probability of unreasonable prescription was 4.45%.Compared with the control group,the probability of unreasonable prescription was significantly reduced(P<0.05),patient satisfaction was significantly increased(P<0.05),and clinical rational drug use was significantly increased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pre-examination prescription system can effectively reduce the probability of unreasonable prescriptions in outpatient and emergency cases,improve patient satisfaction,and improve the level of clinical rational drug use,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
