摘　　要：随着药品不良反应监测工作持续开展,医疗机构发挥报告收集的主渠道作用愈发重要。作为市级药品不良反应监测机构,如何对医疗机构监测能力进行评价将直接影响监测工作质量。本机制通过收集医疗机构基础数据,客观评价各级医疗机构监测能力,联合各级监管部门和医药相关社会组织,通过开展交流指导培训,使医疗机构充分发挥其监测能力,提高安全用药水平,更好地保障公众用药安全。With the continuous development of ADR monitoring,medical institutions play an increasingly important role as the main channel of report collection.As a municipal ADR monitoring institution,how to evaluate the monitoring ability of medical institutions will directly affect the quality of monitoring work.This mechanism collects basic data from medical institutions,objectively evaluates the monitoring capabilities of medical institutions,collaborates with regulatory authorities and clinical pharmacist associations,and through exchange,guidance,and training,enables medical institutions to fully utilize their monitoring capabilities,to ensure safe use of drugs and offer better protection for the public.
