摘　　要：解放战争时期,为了在黑龙江地区广泛、深入地领导发动妇女投入自我解放运动,中共中央火速派遣一大批妇女干部来到黑龙江,领导黑龙江妇女在土地改革、大生产、支前运动等各项运动中展现“她”力量,同时结合实际,鼓励培养当地妇女干部,形成了一套具有时代特点和黑龙江地区特色的妇女干部培训机制,为建设坚固的后方根据地、支援前线和解放战争的胜利贡献了强大的力量,同时对新时期妇女干部的培养贡献了一系列的启示。During the War of Liberation,to lead and launch the self-liberation movement of women extensively and deeply in Hei-longjiang,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China quickly sent a large number of women cadres to Heilongjiang to lead the women of Heilongjiang to show“her”strength in the land reform,large-scale production,support front line and other movements,and at the same time encouraged the training of local women cadres in light of the actual situation.It has formed a set of women cadres training mechanism with the characteristics of The Times and the attributes of the Heilongjiang region,which has contributed a strong force to the construction of a solid rear base,supported the front line,and the victory of the liberation war,and has contributed a series of Revelations to the training of women cadres in the new era.
