摘 要:针对流量测量系统的设计特点,提出了一种基于超声波流量计转换器的研究及优化方法,以提高超声波流量计的测量精度和信号处理算法的可靠性。从信号调理和数据处理两方面进行优化,改进了硬件微弱回波信号的放大和滤波处理,优化了时差算法和互相关算法的应用。通过权重选择和对比选择方法,采用时差算法与互相关算法相结合的方式对信号进行处理,提高了流量计的精度与可靠性。此外,采用温度补偿算法模型消除了高温对超声波传播时间的影响,提高了高温下的测量精度。测试结果表明,流量测量精度达到±1%。该设计具备多种参数的故障诊断功能,提高了转换器的智能化水平。Aiming at the design characteristics of the flow measurement system,the research and optimization method based on ultrasonic flowmeter converter is proposed to improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter and the reliability of the signal processing algorithm The two aspects is optimized in terms of signal conditioning and data processing,improving the amplification and filtering processing of hardware weak echo signals,and optimizing the application of time difference algorithm and mutual correlation algorithm.Through the weight selection and comparison selection methods,the time difference algorithm and the mutual correlation algorithm are combined to process the signal,which improves the accuracy and reliability of the flowmeter.In addition,the temperature compensation algorithm model is used to eliminate the influence of high temperature on the ultrasonic propagation time,which improves the measurement accuracy at high temperature.Test results show that the flow measurement accuracy reaches±1%.The design has a variety of parameters of the fault diagnosis function,which improves the intelligent level of the converter.
