摘  要:为解决水电站地下式厂房规模和结构均较复杂、内部环境存在较多不可控因素的问题,设计了水电站地下式厂房智能环境监测系统。分析系统内部环境感知层、网络传输层、逻辑处理层和应用交互层的功能,提出水电站地下式厂房智能环境监测系统总体架构。应用网络技术与集散控制技术,设计水电站地下式厂房智能环境监测系统硬件结构。利用1214C型微型中央控制器,设计环境感知层硬件结构;结合C++编程语言,采集智能环境监测数据。创新性地依据环境监测数据的变量方向设置二维矩阵,应用K-均值聚类和主成分分析方法实现智能环境监测。试验结果表明:传输监测数据量为50 GB时,所提系统耗时42.4 s,延迟时间仅为0.27 s。该系统受并发用户数量影响较小,耦合度较高,系统性能较好;同时,具备较好的兼容性,且通信传输速度较快。To solve the problems of complex scale and structure of hydroelectric station underground plant and the existence of many uncontrollable factors in the internal environment,an intelligent environment monitoring system for hydroelectric station underground plant is designed.It analyzes the functions of the system’s internal environment sensing layer,network transmission layer,logic processing layer and application interaction layer,and puts forward the overall architecture of the intelligent environment monitoring system for hydroelectric station underground plants.Network technology and centralized control technology are applied to design the hardware structure of the intelligent environment monitoring system of underground plant of hydroelectric station.Utilizing 1214C micro central controller,the hardware structure of environment sensing layer is designed;combined with C++programming language,the intelligent environment monitoring data are collected.Innovatively,a two-dimensional matrix is set up according to the variable direction of the environmental monitoring data,and K-mean clustering and principal component analysis method are applied to realize intelligent environmental monitoring.The experimental results show that the proposed system takes 42.4 s to transmit 50 GB of monitoring data,and the delay time is only 0.27 s.The system is less affected by the number of concurrent users,has a high degree of coupling,and has a good system performance;at the same time,it has a good compatibility and a fast communication and transmission speed.
