摘  要:变形镁合金易产生强基面织构,使得其室温塑性较差、各向异性严重,极大地限制了其应用。研究发现通过对基面织构进行弱化可以有效地改善镁合金的塑性,而Gd、Y、Ce、Nd等稀土元素是镁合金有效的织构优化元素,这些稀土元素的添加可以引起材料本征参数的改变,进而改变位错运动的模式,提高非基面滑移活性,从而提高材料的成型能力。此外,采用不同的加工方式或者调整变形工艺参数,调控再结晶过程以及采用特殊的变形工艺等方法均可对镁合金的织构进行调控。因此,本文对近几年镁合金织构调控方面的研究成果进行了总结,详细讨论了以上几种方法对镁合金织构类型和强度的影响,为高强塑镁合金的设计和开发提供参考依据。Wrought magnesium alloys are prone to strong basal texture,resulting in poor room temperature plasticity and severe anisotropy,greatly limiting their applications.Research has found that weakening the basal texture can effectively improve the plasticity of magnesium alloys,and rare earth elements such as Gd,Y,Ce and Nd are effective texture optimization elements for magnesium alloys.The addition of these rare earth elements can cause changes in the intrinsic parameters of the material,thereby changing the mode of dislocation movement and improving the non-basal slip activity,thereby improving the material’s formability.In addition,different processing methods or adjusting deformation process parameters,regulating the recrystallization process,and using special deformation processes can all be used to regulate the texture of magnesium alloys.Therefore,this article summarizes the research achievements in texture control of magnesium alloys in recent years,and discusses in detail the effects of the above methods on the texture types and strength of magnesium alloys,providing a reference basis for the design and development of high-strength plastic magnesium alloys.
