摘 要:利用激光熔覆技术在Q235钢基体表面制备了AlCoCrFeNi2.1高熵合金涂层,研究了激光功率对涂层组织和性能的影响。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、维氏显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机和电化学工作站等对AlCoCrFeNi2.1高熵合金涂层的显微组织、物相、力学性能及耐蚀性能进行了分析。结果表明:激光熔覆制备的AlCoCrFeNi2.1高熵合金涂层的组织由体心立方(BCC)结构和面心立方(FCC)结构的固溶体相构成;当激光功率大于1200 W时,涂层中BCC(α-Fe)固溶体相逐渐增多,晶粒由等轴晶和柱状树枝晶逐渐转变为细小的等轴晶;随着激光功率的增加,涂层的硬度呈现出先增加后降低的趋势;当激光功率1600 W时,涂层的硬度最大,为403.6 HV0.2,约为基体的2.5倍,此时涂层的耐磨性能达到最优,其磨损率为0.39×10^(-5) g·N^(-1)·m^(-1),自腐蚀电流密度最小,为5.23×10^(-9 )A·cm^(-2),耐腐蚀性能最好。A high entropy AlCoCrFeNi2.1 alloy coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel substrate using laser cladding technology,and the effect of laser power on microstructure and properties of the coating was studied.Microstructure,phase,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the AlCoCrFeNi2.1 high entropy alloy coating were analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis,Vickers microhardness tester,friction and wear tester,and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the microstructure of the AlCoCrFeNi2.1 high entropy alloy coating prepared by laser cladding is composed of solid solution phases with body centered cubic(BCC)structure and face centered cubic(FCC)structure.When the laser power is greater than 1200 W,the BCC(α-Fe)solid solution phase in the coating gradually increases,and the grains gradually transform from equiaxed crystals and columnar dendrites to fine equiaxed crystals.With the increase of laser power,the hardness of the coating shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the laser power is 1600 W,the hardness of the coating is the highest of 403.6 HV0.2,which is about 2.5 times that of the substrate,the wear resistance of the coating reaches its optimal level,with a wear rate of 0.39×10^(-5) g·N^(-1)·m^(-1),and the self corrosion current density is the lowest of 5.23×10^(-9 )A·cm^(-2),indicating the best corrosion resistance.
