摘 要:因豪华邮轮空船质量大且分布不均匀,艏艉线型尖瘦而无法布置更多坞墩,其进坞坐墩一直是修船领域的难点。同时受到修船厂各种条件限制,不可能通过软件数值模拟来评估坞墩与船体结构的强度可行性。为减少外板变形和坞墩木破裂的风险,文章总结了修船厂以往坞墩布置经验,以某豪华邮轮实船为研究对象,完成该邮轮坞墩布置设计,并对坞墩承载进行了分析计算。现场实际坐墩效果良好,并确保了在安全可靠的同时使坞墩数量最少。Due to the large and unevenly distributed empty ship weight and the inability to arrange more blocks with the thin lines of bow and stern,the docking of luxury cruise ships has always been a challenge in the field of ship maintenance.In addition,due to various limitations in the shipyard,it is impossible to evaluate the feasibility of strength of blocks and ship structures through numerical simulation software.Conducive to reduce the risk of deforma⁃tion of shell plating or breakage of the docking block,this paper summarized the previous docking block arrange⁃ment scheme of the shipyard,took a real luxury cruise ship as the research object,completed the docking block ar⁃rangement design,and analyzed and calculated the docking block load.The actual docking effect is good,and the docking block quantity can be minimized while ensuring safety and reliability.
