摘  要:高等教育投资绩效问题关系经济社会的长远发展。文章基于高等教育的社会职能,应用全局主成分分析法测度并评价我国高等教育投资的社会绩效,在此基础上研究中国高等教育投资绩效的区域差异。研究得出:社会绩效水平东部(1.021)>西部(1.016)>中部(1.011),投入水平和产出水平均以西部地区为最低。为此,我国应统筹安排高等教育投资分布,加强区域之间的高校共建和资源共享,实现教育资源优势互补和充分利用。The performance of higher education investment is related to the long-term development of economy and society.Based on the social function of higher education,the global principal component analysis method is applied to measure and evaluate the social performance of Chinese higher education investment,and then study the regional difference of Chinese higher education investment performance.The study concluded that the social performance level east(1.021)>western(1.016)>central(1.011),the input level and output level are the lowest in the western region.Therefore,China should arrange the distribution of higher education investment as a whole,strengthen the joint construction and resource sharing of colleges and universities among regions,and realize the complementary advantages and full utilization of educational resources.
