摘　　要：国有资产是我国经济发展的重要物质基础,而高校国有资产作为其不可或缺的一部分,在保障高等教育事业的健康发展方面具有重要意义。文章通过深入探讨高校国有资产管理的现状、面临的挑战以及内控建设的必要性和重要性,旨在提出一套科学合理的内控体系建设方案。该方案不仅能够帮助高校优化资产管理,提高资产使用效率,还能够为高校的持续发展提供强有力的支持。State-owned assets are the important material basis of China's economic development,and the state-owned assets of colleges and universities,as an indispensable part,are of great significance in guaranteeing the healthy development of higher education.This paper discusses the status quo of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities,challenges and the necessity and importance of internal control construction,aiming at putting forward a set of scientific and reasonable intermal control system construction scheme.This program can not only help colleges and universities optimize asset management,improve the efficiency of asset use,but also provide strong support for the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
