商业银行投行业务范围及对中小银行业务发展的启示

摘　　要：为了全面掌握商业银行投资银行业务的发展现状,文章以非金融企业债务融资工具承销机构名单为指引,深入研究了各行官方网站、年报等多元资料,整理了具备相应承销业务资质的银行投资业务的具体经营范围。同时,鉴于多数中小银行尚未获得非金融企业债务融资工具承销业务资质,文章也积极收集了这些银行的投资银行业务经营情况,进行了系统性的整理与分析。基于上述研究,文章进一步探讨了中小银行在投资银行业务经营方面的潜在思路与启示,以期为其业务发展提供有益的参考。To fully grasp the current development status of investment banking business in commercial banks,this study took the list of underwriting institutions for debt financing instruments of non-financial enterprises as a guide to conduct a thorough investigation of various official websites,annual reports,and other diverse materials.It collated the specific business scopes of investment banking for banks with corresponding underwriting qualifications.At the same time,given that most small and medium-sized banks have not yet obtained the qualification for underwriting debt financing instruments of non-financial enterprises,this study actively collected the operating status of their investment banking business and conducted systematic collation and analysis.Based on the above research,this paper further explored potential ideas and insights for small and medium-sized banks in the management of investment banking business,aiming to provide useful references for their business development.
