摘　　要：国有资产是我国经济的重要组成部分,但随着我国经济体制改革的深入,国有资产经营面临新的问题和挑战,国有资产管理体制亟须进一步完善。文章首先对国有资产进行概述,进而分析国有资产管理中存在的问题及面临的挑战,并提出相关应对策略,以期对促进企业国资监管职能的全面落实和国有资产管理水平的提高有所启示。State-owned assets is an important component of China's economy,but with the deepening of China's economic system re-form,the operation of state-owned assets is facing new problems and challenges,and the management system of state-owned assets urgently needs further improvement.This article first provides an overview of state-owned assets,then analyzes the problems and challenges faced in state-owned asset management,and proposes relevant response strategies,in ordor to promote the overall implementation of state-owned as-sets supervision function and improve the level of state-owned assets management.
