摘　　要：随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,身体健康和体育锻炼已成为人们关注的焦点。体育教学作为培养学生身心健康的重要手段,在培养学生终身体育意识方面发挥着至关重要的作用。对学生而言,加强终身体育意识的培养,既能促进学生身体素质的提升,又能促进学生健康生活方式的养成。With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,physical health and exercise have become the focus of people's attention.Physical education,as an important means of cultivating students'physical and mental health,plays a crucial role in cultivating students lifelong awareness of physical education.For students,strengthening the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness can not only promote the improvement of their physical fitness,but also promote the development of healthy lifestyles.
