摘 要:为探究篮球课对高校男生体适能的影响,采用实验测试和对比教学的研究方法,从速度、爆发力、平衡、协调-灵敏度、反应时等几个方面的身体素质指标,对两个班级的男生进行教学实验。结果显示,实验班男生在经过18周篮球课训练后,其以上身体素质指标均有所提升,与对照组男生相比,差异显著(P<0.05),说明公共体育篮球课能够有效提升高校男生的体适能水平。To explore the impact of basketball classes on the physical fitness of college male students,experimental testing and comparative teaching methods were used to conduct teaching experiments on male students in two classes based on several physical fitness indicators such as speed,explosive power,balance,coordination sensitivity,and reaction time.The results showed that after 18 weeks of basketball classtraining,the physical fitness indicators of the experimental class male studentswere improved,and the difference was significant compared to the control group ofmale students(P<0.05),indicating that public physical educationbasketball class can effectively improve the physical fitness level of male students in colleges and universities.
