摘 要:体能训练是高校足球教学中常见的训练内容,多包含核心力量训练、耐力训练、灵敏度训练等多个方面。将组合训练法应用到足球体能训练中,在增强学生身体素养与提高学生运动能力等方面发挥重要作用。基于此,该文立足教学实践,分析了组合训练方法在高校足球体能训练中的价值,提出了体能组合训练对策,以期优化训练成果,为全面提高学生体育素养打好基础。Physical training is a common training content in college football teaching,which mainly includes core strength training,endurance training,sensitivity training,and other aspects.Applying the combination training method to football physical training plays an important role in enhancing students'physical fitness and improving their athletic abilities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the value of combination training methods in college football physical training based on teaching practice,and proposes strategies for physical combination training,in order to optimize the training results and lay a foundation for comprehensively improving the students'physical fitness.
