我国退役运动员转型问题及解决对策研究

摘　　要：根据上海市体育总局系统显示,2022年共有131名国家级运动员光荣退役,2021年共有102名世界冠军、奥运冠军运动员退役;历年的相关统计显示,中国目前处于职业转换期的运动员有近1500人。但是,中国退役的运动员安置率尚未超过50%,有近半数的退役运动员并未完成自身的职业转换。在祖国体育事业的浩瀚星空中,运动员们如璀璨的群星,为荣誉与辉煌闪耀,然而,运动员的职业生涯如同短暂的流星,燃烧之后如何顺利实现职业转型,是值得深入探讨的问题。该文结合作者自身现实情况,通过社会走访调查,对国内运动员转型现状进行分析,提出问题,寻求对策与建议,为中国广大退役运动员转型提供参考建议。According to the Shanghai General Administration of Sports system,a total of 131 national-level athletes will behonorably retiredin 2022,and 102 world champions and Olympic champions will be retiredin 2021;the relevant statistics over the years show that nearly 1,500 athletes are currently in the career transition period in China.However,the current status of the resettlement rate of retired athletes in China has not exceeded 50%,and nearly half of retired athletes have not completed their career transition.In the vast starry sky of China's sports cause in 2023,athletes are like bright stars,shining for honor and brilliance,however,the career of athletes is like a short-lived meteor,how to successfully achieve career transitionafter burning,which is worth in-depth discussion.This paper combines the author's own reality,through social visits and surveys,analyzes the status quo of domestic athletes'transformation,puts forward the problems,and seeks countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference suggestions for the transformation of the majority of retired athletes in China.
